Adam grew up in the suburbs of Los Angeles and spent his youth playing basketball, baseball, and doing Karate, where he eventually earned his black belt. He later grew towards his passion for acting, theatre, improv, and of course radio. In
addition to radio, Adam has worn many hats.... photography, stints as an extra in TV and film, a Young Olympians karate instructor, as well as entertaining entire elementary and junior high schools with Mad Science assemblies! Adam supports the work of the American Cancer Society in their cancer research and education in memory of his mother Sandy, who passed away from breast cancer in 2002. Currently, Adam is married to his high school sweetheart, Cathy, and although they don't have children yet, they are kept very busy with their yellow lab, Allie. He and his wife Cathy also volunteer for the ALS Association which works hard to research and cure ALS (Lou Gherig's Disease). 1)What would your "dream" vacation consist of?
Anything with water, lots of activites, and all-inclusive =)
2) Where was your first concert, and who did you go see?
Dodger Stadium, Michael Jackson and the Victory Tour in 1984
3) Have you always wanted to be a radio DJ?
I always wanted to either be in radio or a Forensic Pathologist. When I was a kid I use to always make cassette tapes pretending to be on the radio. I never really pretended to be a Forensic Pathologist though as a kid. That probably would have been pretty disturbing.
4) Have you entered the myspace world?
Yes, and facebook too. Still not on twitter even though I just got a request from them saying my Dad joined and wanted me to sign up. My 63 year old Dad. On Twitter.
5) Do you have a fetish?
None that I will admit to Niki for posting on the website..... well.... let's just leave it at "None that I'll admit to Niki"...
6) What would you do for a million dollars?

7) If you could go on any game show, what would it be, why?
Some friends and I tried to be on Price is Right several times, but never heard the 'Adam Montiel, Come on down!" But it paid off, cause I ended up being on Hollywood Squares and won a trip to London!
8) What's your favorite child hood memory?
Not having bills
